the democratic confederacy of mankind begun with indonesia, singapore, the phillipines, and new zealand. brunei, papua new guinea, and east timor soon joined, followed by the pacific islands.

after series of agreement, the malaysian states of sabah and sarawak, followed by u.s. hawaii, agreed to be administered jointly by the federation's central government as autonomous region.
